creating me [using words]

You never know when you will walk out the door and be awestruck by the beauty in your own backyard:

The world is full of beauty; open your eyes. Be awake to your own life. Do at least one thing today that makes you feel alive. Notice at least one thing that makes you happy. Create at least one moment where you can smile. (Note: pure appreciation for what you have is bound to last longer than manufactured entertainment.)

Practice living. This day will only come once: what if you could open it like a gift rather than endure it like a burden?

What if a two minute pause will wake you more than a venti coffee?

What if you lived this day rather than conquered it?
